First, contact us! Email us through our contact page with the date of your event, estimated guest count, and preferred beverage service needed. Once we confirm that the date is available, we send over a quote. A deposit will be required to officially book your date. Contact will need to be made for official confirmation

Does Outlaw Red’s Provide the Alcohol for an Event?

No. We are a “dry hire” bar. To be in accordance with Washington state law, all alcohol and beverages must be provided by the event coordinator (the bride or groom or host) or through a third party (event caterer). Contact us with your event details and we will help find the best option for you. You provide the alcohol and we handle the rest.

Does Outlaw Red’s Carry a Liquor License?

No, we simply serve the supplied beverage. We can recommend local beverage distributors, but ultimately where you buy your alcohol is completely up to you. This will essentially save you money.

Can the Outlaw Red’s Bar Travel to Any Location?

The Outlaw Red’s Mobile Saloon needs to have enough room to park, and there must be plenty of room for the truck and trailer to pull through and/or turn around. It is preferred that sufficient electricity is provided with a standard 110 plug with a 20 amp breaker (however a generator can be used if needed). Always contact your venue to check their rules on drive up mobile bars. If permits are needed for Outlaw Red’s to be present at the chosen location, it is up to the client to provide the permit.

What areas do you cover?

We are located in Rock Island , Washington, and provide our services within a 50-mile radius of  Wenatchee, but will cover all of North Central Washington. If you require our services beyond this radius, we will be happy to travel further for an additional travel fee. For events that require a travel time of more than 1 1/2 hours, we may request prepaid accommodation, which will depend on when your event ends.

Is the Outlaw Red’s Bar Insured?
